We currently ship official An Evening with Sir David Jason merchandise to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

United Kingdom

Orders up to £29.99 – £3.95
Orders of £30.00 and above – £5.95

Republic of Ireland

Orders up to £29.99 – £8.95
Orders of £30.00 and above – £12.95

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Republic of Ireland: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, courier issues or adverse weather conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the postal or courier service.

Returns

We hope you're delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return unused merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

Be unused and in their original condition
Include any original packaging where possible
Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item where possible

We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns where clothing has clearly been worn, washed, damaged after delivery or is otherwise not in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
